Dr Talib Al-Jumaily graduated from the University of Basrah, Iraq in 1993 which lead him to undertake postgraduate training in general medicine in London. Once he gained his membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) he continued his specialist training at the Royal Free Hospital, UK. Since 2006 he has been working in the Department of General Medicine, Gold Coast University Hospital.

Dr Al-Jumaily’s area of interest include General Medicine, Diabetes and it’s complications, hypertension, Osteoporosis and Prevention of CVD.

He has obtained his fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians in 2009.

Dr Al-Jumaily has been providing bulk billed services (with a GP referral) at Biggera Waters Family Practice since 2014 and is available every Friday.
